We use a colon to list names. For example, I have three brothers: Eslam, Braa, and Sohaeb.

We use a comma to separate items(nouns, adjectives, or phrases)  in a list.

 We use a proper noun with universities, schools, people,...-- that means we need to capitalize these nouns. Baskhair State  University
